DIRECTIONS

Failure to appear in court or pay judgment by the appearance date written on the ticket will result in an order for your driver’s license being suspended & larger fine given. An arrest warrant may be issued.

Pendleton Town Court is located .4 of a mile north of the intersection of State Road 38 and Pendleton Avenue at 550 North Pendleton Avenue.

If you are using the Interstate system, I-69 is at the west edge of Pendleton, I-69 runs from Indianapolis and north through Fort Wayne. The Pendleton or State Road 38 exit is at the 19-mile marker.

If you are coming South on I-69, exit at the 19-mile marker and turn left on to SR 38.If you are coming North on I-69 exit at the 19-mile marker and turn right toward Pendleton. State Road 38 runs east and west through Pendleton. Continue one mile to the east on Town Road 38 (State Street) until you reach the second stop light. Turn left or north on Pendleton Ave. The Pendleton Park is on your right and you will cross the Fall Creek Bridge. Bear to the right after you cross the bridge and begin to go up a hill. Within .25 miles of crossing the Creek, there will be several buildings on your right. The Court is the last building on the right before the cemetery. There is a large oval sign designating the Court.

If you approach Pendleton from the east, you will need to travel west of the intersection of State Road 9, which runs north & south and SR 38 which runs east & west. You must pass a Ricker’s station on your right as you drive west on Town Road 38 (State Street) Continue approximately three-quarters of a mile on Town Road 38 (State Street), until you reach the first stop light. Turn right or north on Pendleton Ave. The Pendleton Park is on your right and you will cross the Falls Creek Bridge. Bear to the right after you cross the bridge and begin to go up a hill. Within .25 miles of crossing the Creek, there will be several buildings on your right.
